Please be advised that arrangements have been made for Black Tie Services to clean all of the gutters at The Maples on the following dates:

January 12, 2016 (Tuesday)
Starting at approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm

This gutter cleaning is weather dependent. If the weather is too cold overnight, the crew will not be on site but will return the next day weather permitting.

All Owners/Residents are asked to leave gates unlocked to allow patio entry and to close all windows and blinds for their own safety and privacy.
