The crew have made progress despite the poor [weather] we have been having this week. The crew are insuring that the site is clean, tidy and in order before the long weekend.
There has been delay with the gutter installation which will be corrected soon and will start shortly, as well as the cap flashing on the 200 block and the flat roofing on the 100 block.

A few units reported leaks this week with the heavy rain, with flat roof defects and incomplete work being the causes. Damage has been limited and remediation work is in progress. If you have any concerns please contact BCRI.
